This lovely luxury property rental in Algarve spreads over one floor, is bright and fully airconditioned and all the rooms of this villa have direct access to the gardens.

Living open space

The entrance opens up onto the huge living space on your right and on the sleeping area that includes three bedrooms on your left.

Sitting and dining area: the sitting room consists of a sofa and two designer armchairs facing a lovely fireplace that adds depth to the room.

The dining table is closer to the window-doors that take to the gardens and includes a rectangular table that sits 8 guests.

Kitchen: the kitchen is tucked away on the right of the dining area, invisible to the eye. It is sleek and equipped with the most modern amenities and leads to the large dining hall.

Bedrooms

All of the bedrooms have A/C and have direct access to the stunning gardens via a large floor-to-ceiling glass door.

Palm Tree room: this large master bedroom is situated on the left side of the house, just past the kitchen. This room offers a comfortable king size bed and a desk and and ensuite with shower.

Olive Tree room: this bedroom is situated on the right wing of the house, just past the living room. This room offers a comfortable king size (that can be converted into twins) and ensuite with shower.

Yucca room:  this bedroom is situated on the right wing of the house, just past the Olive Tree room. This room offers a comfortable king size (that can be converted into twins). Its bathroom is not ensuite but is comfortably placed next to it and offers a shower.

Bamboo room: Ensuite with king size bed this spacious bedroom is situated at the very end of the corridor, on the left wing of the house, just past the Yucca room. This room offers a comfortable king size bed and and ensuite with shower.

Outdoor highlights

Terrace: the terrace lines the back of the house and offers an outdoor sitting area opposite the kitchen and an alfresco dining area, shaded with a sun umbrella and sits up to 8 people.

Swimming pool: the large swimming pool is immersed in a garden (7000mq) can be reached via a path and is surrounded by sunloungers and there is a sunbed nearby.
