This luxury villa for rent in the Algarve offers stunning views which can be enjoyed from the large, beautifully landscaped gardens, and terraces. This lovely holiday home is set within the area of Goldra, a few minutes’ drive from the market town of Loule and a short drive from Almancil, Vilamoura and Quinta do Lago where you can enjoy the beaches, golf courses, or exploring the markets, cafes and restaurants and variety of shopping.
The entrance hall leads to a spacious living room, with large double doors facing south, and opening to the main terrace overlooking the swimming pool. The living room is equipped with 82″ Smart TV TV and DVD machine. Netflix, Amazon Prime and BBC/ITV are all available, as well as a play station PS-4. A games room and one bedroom are on a lower level, and there are two bedrooms each on the ground floor and the first floor of the property. Each bedroom has new, luxurious mattresses, down duvets, down and foam pillows, designer cotton sheets, imported Turkish bath towels, white waffle robes, pool towels and hairdryers. All bedrooms, except one have UK super king (US King sized) mattresses. The fifth bedroom has two single beds. The games room is equipped with a pool table, table football, 82″ TV with play station, a massage chair and a large seating area. Further amenities include air conditioning, central heating and fast internet access.
The lower terrace of this Algarve villa rental has wide glass sliding doors opening to the heated 12×6m.salt water swimming pool, and barbecue area, and the gardens. The terrace s also furnished for dining and relaxing outdoors, including sun loungers, two large umbrellas, and an assortment of pool toys and floats. The property can be rented for a minimum of 3 nights, except during high season (Christmas and Easter) when it must be rented for a minimum of 5 nights.

Ground Floor
Entrance hall, leading to large living room and open plan dining room, opening to the terrace, overlooking the pool area. Fully equipped kitchen, including electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and toaster. Guest WC. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Double bedroom opening to main terrace, and with en-suite bathroom. Second (twin)bedroom, also opening to main terrace, and with en-suite bathroom.
First Floor
The Master bedroom is on an upper level, with en suite bathroom with both a shower stall and large Jacuzzi bath The bedroom has a mounted flat screen TV, and separate dressing and sitting areas. Sliding glass doors lead onto the upper terrace. The second en-suite bedroom is also on this level. It has a sitting area and shares the private upper terrace with the master bedroom.
Lower Ground Floor
Games room, with sitting area, exercise bike, table football, table tennis and computer/internet station. There is also a kitchenette in this room which services the pool area and includes a small dishwasher, drinks’ fridge, freezer, electric hob and oven. Double doors open to the terrace, swimming pool and barbecue area. The 5th bedroom is located just off the game’s room, and has a super king and a day bed, enabling it to sleep 4. The adjoining bathroom has a shower stall with new thermostatic control.
Gym
The gym is in the guest cottage behind the main house. It contains a Life Fitness treadmill, a Schwinn spinning bike, a weight bench and free weights, yoga mats and Pilates equipment. There is also a golf practice net outside of the gym and a decent basketball hoop with 2 basketballs.
