Pa.te.os Estate is a collection of four contemporary luxury villas nestled in the tranquil countryside of Melides, just a 20-minute drive from Comporta.

Each villa offers breathtaking views across the landscape and out to the Atlantic Ocean. Designed by renowned Portuguese architect Manuel Aires Mateus, this exceptional estate embodies an exclusive concept that merges modern luxury with the untouched Mediterranean ecosystem.

All villas are spacious and light-filled, constructed using natural materials that enhance their connection to the surroundings. There are six beautifully appointed en-suite bedrooms in total. The interiors and exteriors of each villa blend seamlessly, with expansive windows that invite nature in and create a harmonious indoor-outdoor flow.

The estate features a striking, triangular shared swimming pool, as well as a private garden for each villa – perfect for peaceful moments of relaxation.

Located just south of Comporta, Melides is home to the third-longest stretch of sand in the region. It’s an ideal destination for nature lovers, with its vineyards, extensive olive groves, and rice fields – hallmarks of the Alentejo landscape.
