Melides, located just south of Comporta, boasts the third-largest stretch of sand in the area. It is a perfect spot for nature enthusiasts, with its vineyards, extensive olive groves, and rice fields typical of the Alentejo region.

Pa.te.os Estate compromises of 4 villas: each of them are located on the ground floor and have large private gardens.
House 1 (152 m2): There is a living room with an open kitchenette and fireplace and two double ensuite bedrooms that can be converted into 2 twin rooms. There is also large courtyard to relax or enjoy a meal. Both bathrooms have a shower and bathtub each.
House 2 (208 m2): There is a living room with an open kitchen and fireplace and two ensuite double bedrooms with shower that can be converted into twin rooms and offer stunning ocean views and also have access to outdoor showers.
There is also a third smaller ensuite bedroom and it is independent from the house and can be access through a separate entrance. The third bedroom is available upon request and ideal for private staff.
House 3 (85m2): There is a living room with an open kitchenette and one double bedroom boasting a king size bed with stunning ocean views and access to an outdoor shower. The ensuite has a shower and bath.
House 4 (95m2): There is a living room with fireplace, an open kitchenette and one double bedroom tboasting a king size bed facing towards the terrace and has access to an outdoor shower. The ensuite has a shower and bath.
Swimming Pool Area : There is a large unique triangular swimming pool, common to all the villas.
Garden: The swimming pool is immersed in a well-manicured garden, however, each villa has its own large private garden.
