Indoors – The Main Sitting Room, spanning approximately 180 square meters, exudes comfort. Within its expanse there are three distinct sitting areas, each meticulously curated for relaxation and socializing. Enhancing the cosy ambiance are two majestic fireplaces that cast a warm glow, creating a haven of tranquillity. For those seeking entertainment the luxury villa rental has game tables with several games to choose from as well as a piano. In addition, a television, sophisticated sound system, and a classic record player complete the ensemble, catering to diverse entertainment preferences. The dining room located inside the main sitting room has a 20 seater dining table for big groups and another for smaller groups of 12 people. The wine cellar has around 800 bottles, with more than 120 of the best Portuguese (and other) wines. Some of which are included in the daily drinks supplement, while more can be ordered a la carte. The wine cellar also has a 10 seater table for wine and food tasting. The Cinema and Showroom includes a large 2×3 meter screen, the ideal space to enjoy a movie, karaoke, a concert, or alternatively a house-produced show. In this sitting room is a bar to enjoy cocktails and library with a selection of books, in different languages, about Alentejo, gastronomy, hunting, fishing, and traditional crafts, as well as a selection of Portuguese and world literature classics, this room also has a fireplace for the colder vacation months.

Bedrooms – The house has 10 suites that are all located in the main house with space for 20 people. All en-suites are fitted with a shower and tub, air conditioning, heating, hydraulic radiant floors, television, and a sound system. Both bedroom 1, 2 & 3 are on ground floor, the remaining 8 bedrooms are on lower ground. All bedrooms except bedroom 1 & 2 can be turned into twin beds.

Bedroom 1 – Is a 28,5m2 room with a Super King-size bed (180×200) and a 6,45m2 en-suite bathroom. It benefits from a balcony with countryside view.

Bedroom 2 – A 27m2 room adapted for persons with reduced mobility, with a Super King-size bed (180×200) and a 6,45m2 en-suite bathroom, as well as a balcony with countryside view.

Bedroom 3 – Is a 63m2 Suite with a Super King-size bed (200×200) and 14,26m2 en-suite bathroom. There is a private outdoor patio with countryside and lake view.

Bedroom 4 – A 32,5m2 room with a 8m2 en-suite bathroom. Fitted with a Super King-size bed (180×200) and private outdoor patio with countryside and lake view.

Outside – There are two pools, a 18mx8,1m infinity and a 3,7mx4,7m one with hydro massage, which is warmed to about 30 ºC. Adjacent you’ll find a small sauna and a Turkish bath as well as a massage hut, Yoga Pavilion and a Gym offering stunning views of the lake. There is a small river beach with a peer to dive from and private moorage for the estates boat which offers the opportunity to enjoy many nautical sports with the presence of a professional skipper.

There is 5km of dirt road before arriving at the luxury villa rental. There’s an aerodrome in Campinho, 10 minutes away from the estate if you’d like to arrive by airplane. Alternatively there is private moorage If you’d like to arrive by boat from a pier in Alqueva’s lake. Walking distance from the lake an the nearest village, restaurant, and grocery store 10 minutes away by car. Monsaraz medieval village, plenty of good wineries like Esporão, José de Sousa and Ervideira. It is 8 minutes drive from the village of Campinho, 15 minutes away from Herdade do Esporão and São Lourenço do Barrocal Hotel and less than 2 hours from Lisbon.

Archaeological areas: Ancient monuments like the cromeleque do Xerês, the tapir of the Olival da Pêga and some menhirs.

Sports: There are paddle surfboards and kayaks available for use and the luxury villa rental is able to arrange water-skiing and wakeboard sessions, as well as other activities with the presence of a professional skipper. It is advised to explore the great Alqueva lake by boat, it can take up to 10 people, led by a professional skipper, for 3 to 4 hours and can be scheduled for the morning or afternoon. Spend the day at the lake, with the villa team serving a picnic either on board or on one of the small islands of Alqueva. The villa also benefits from both Tennis and Padel Courts, with rackets and balls available. If you prefer a soccer match, the tennis court can easily be converted into a 10-player soccer field.
