This luxury villa to rent in Marrakech is set within its own extensive walled landscaped gardens of 1.5 acres, filled with mature olive and fruit trees, and with magnificent views of the Marrakech Atlas Mountains in the distance. Within the garden there is also a large private swimming pool, with a surrounding terrace, the perfect place to relax under shaded pergolas. In addition, guests will have access to a communal exercise room, and a clay tennis court, shared with the other villas here.
The spacious accommodation (355 m2) combines contemporary European design with traditional Moroccan style. Each of the three bedroom suites in the main house opens to a private terrace. There is a further bedroom suite in the garden close to the house. All rooms within the Morcoccan villa rental have air conditioning, fine linen, towels, bathrobes, hairdryers as well as flowers, ipod docking stations and toiletries. Three of the bedroom suites are doubles and one is a twin. Extra beds can be added in two of the rooms on request. In addition to the indoor reception rooms, there are 132 m2 of outdoor entertaining space, including a roof top dining terrace with views of the Atlas mountains, an al fresco dining terrace, outdoor living room, a shaded garden dining terrace, a pool terrace, and a shaded rooftop seating area, perfect for evening cocktails.
