On a quiet small street with water jetty for private boats, the apartment also benefits views over the Grand Canal to the Santa Maria della Salute church and the Guggenheim museum.
The luxury holiday rental in the centre of Venice offers exceptional accommodation, with elegant living areas displaying a carefully curated collection of mid-century furniture from iconic Italian designers, including Gio’ Ponti, Franco Albini, Caccio Dominioni, Angelo Mangiarotti, Fontana Arte, and Marcello Fantoni. There is also loft suite which overlooks the greenery of the courtyard below, as well as the Grand Canal. The third bedroom is a twin room. Each of the three bathrooms is a masterpiece in itself, with opulent marble slabs appearing to have been carved in one from floor to ceiling.
