The holiday apartment rental is on the 4th and 5th floor of a 19th Century Venetian Palazzo. The well planned interiors have been recently renovated to a very high standard, preserving the apartment’s unique historic features such as the original wooden beams and magnificent terrazzo floors, while adding modern conveniences. The expansive living room is exceptionally beautiful with 11 panoramic windows inviting sunlight, and also offering spectacular views of Venice’s rooftops and monuments.

The living/dining area of the luxury apartment to rent in Venice, leads to an open-plan kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances. There is also a fully integrated Sonos sound system. All three bedrooms feature white furnishings, and very comfortable bedding, enhancing the modern contemporary feel. The bathrooms also have luxurious amenities. On the top floor is access to a wonderful terrace, with comfortable sofas from which to admire the beautiful Venetian panorama. There is even a shower, to cool down while sunbathing.
