Dating back to the 16th century, the palazzo has been recently renovated to a very high standard. The apartment offers approximately 170 m² of interior space, enhanced by large skylight windows that flood the space with natural light. The interiors are both elegant and contemporary, featuring large sofas with Fortuny cushions, antiques, and impressive glass vases by Venini. Each of the four bedrooms has its own marble bathroom, each designed in a unique pattern and colour to complement the individual rooms.
There are four luxury holiday apartments in total within the building, and a private jetty allows guests to arrive by water taxi directly from the airport, train station, or car terminal. This penthouse apartment is the only unit on the top floor and is accessed via a modern lift. For larger groups, the four apartments in the palazzo can be rented together to accommodate up to 28 guests.
