The palazzo is divided into four stunning apartments to rent in central Venice, with a huge main shared entrance. The building also has its own private boat jetty for direct water arrival, which allows guests to reach the property by water taxi directly from the airport, train station or car terminal.

The entire palazzo not only retains its original ornate interior and features, but has been recently restored to the highest level, and offering plenty of modern amenities.  This luxury apartment rental in Venice is on the 3rd Floor of the palazzo, and is the second largest apartment here (240 sq.m), with four beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms. The interiors are a blend of both sophisticated and contemporary furnishings, including a large leather sofa with Fortuny cushions in different colours. A beautiful dining table and designer chairs are in a prime position in front of the large windows facing the Grand Canal.  For a large group, the apartments can be rented together for up to 28 people. All the apartments have both air conditioning and heating, and can be accessed by lift.
