Situated in a wonderful central Venice location on the Grand Canal between St Mark’s Square and the Rialto Bridge, this luxury apartment to rent is in a historical palazzo, dating back to the 16th century. Guests here will be within a 2 minute walk from the charming Campo Santo Stefano, and an easy walk from many of the famous sights in Venice, including the Palazzo Ducale and the Galleria Accademia, as well as a great choice of restaurants and shops.

The palazzo is now divided into four stunning apartments, with a huge main shared entrance and its own private water entrance with a jetty for direct arrival by boat. The palazzo retains its original ornate interior and features, and has been recently restored to the highest level.

Apartment 1 is the largest apartment with a living space of 464.52 m² and, with 5 bedrooms, can accommodate up to 10 people in total. The luxury apartment rental in Venice has two main (piano nobile) floors (first and second), which are connected by a beautiful staircase, as well as a lift. With many windows, the rooms are exceptionally light, with both front and side views of the Grand Canal. The furnishings are a mix of contemporary design and antique furniture. For a large group, the apartments can be rented together for up to 28 people. All the apartments have both air conditioning and heating.Views of Grand Canal and Rialto Bridge can be enjoyed from the living room, dining rooom and two of the bedrooms.
