Situated on the top floor of an 18th century Grand Canal Palace, this luxury apartment to rent in San Polo, Venice, offers stunning views from its spectacular terraces across the canal to the bell tower of San Marco, and beyond. Situated in San Polo, it is just a 7 minute walk from both the Piazza San Polo and the Scuola Grande di San Rocco. It is also just a few steps from the San Toma’ vaporetto stop and also close to the convenient gondola crossing to San Marco.

The entrance to the Palace is imposing, with stone sculptures and an ancient well and there is a lift to the third floor (then nine wide steps up to the apartment). Entrance to the luxury apartment rental is into a spacious and very light sitting room with large windows and glass doors opening to the terrace and views. The expansive outdoor space is furnished with sun loungers, tables and chairs, and is ideal for al fresco dining. To the left of the main living area is a formal dining room with seating for eight people. The fully equipped kitchen features Miele appliances, and includes a large fridge, and a professional wine fridge.
