It is a wonderful location, opposite the Santa Maria della Salute and the Punta della Dogana museum (which houses the Pinault contemporary art collection), and just a 5 minute walk from Piazza San Marco. Completely restored and redecorated in Spring 2019 the luxury apartment rental is on the first floor (piano nobile) of the Palazzo, facing a quiet sunny square.

The apartment exudes a wonderful sense of space, enhanced by high ceilings, tall windows, and traditional parquet flooring. The living and dining room features a comfortable sitting area, a dining table for six, and an elegant antique divan, which can be converted into a third bed for a child.

The bedroom is a luxurious retreat, boasting a super-king size bed with a Venetian-style canopy, a walk-in wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with a large shower. Additionally, there is a convenient guest WC. The spacious and well-equipped kitchen includes a breakfast table, providing a perfect space to prepare meals and enjoy freshly delivered breakfast croissants each morning.
