Original features, such as terrazzo floors and polished wooden doors, offer the perfect backdrop to a palette inspired by the 18th century frescoes by Tiepolo, with bright splashes of colour in the design details. It is situated on the third floor (with lift access), and has direct access to a private ‘altana’ (typical Venetian roof terrace, constructed in wood), with canal views. Guests will have also have access to a spacious terrace on the 5th Floor, shared by guests at all four apartments at the Palazzo.

Steps from the living room lead up to the attic, providing access to the private terrace, which is furnished for relaxation and offers spectacular views over Venice. The Kitchen is a compact yet fully equipped kitchen, adjoining the living room, designed for convenience.

All bedrooms are located on the same level as the living room and kitchen, ensuring a seamless flow throughout the apartment. The design prioritizes comfort, with luxury beds selected from one of the world’s leading bedding companies. The master bedroom is a beautifully designed double bedroom, offering a serene and stylish retreat.
