The second floor boasts an impressively spacious open-plan living area, bathed in natural light from tall windows adorned with decorative balustrades. The sitting, dining, and kitchen areas are seamlessly integrated, featuring pearl grey polished Marmorino walls, extensive overhead timbers, and oak flooring accentuated by a Moroccan-pattern Kilim rug. Lavishly furnished with fine fabrics and high-end décor, the space includes a striking pair of 19th-century Neapolitan oil paintings depicting serene water scenes.

Adjacent to the living area is the deluxe master bedroom suite, a haven of tranquility featuring peacock blue velvet accents and Oriental-style lanterns.
