The San Tomà Luxury Apartment to rent in Venice is situated near the Church of the Frari in the San Polo district. It is on the first floor overlooking the Rio di San Polo canal and a bridge on which gondoliers pass the time of day.  Very well located between the Rialto area in the north (with its famous food markets) and the Dorsoduro district in the south (with its wide ‘fondamente’, antique shops and galleries) and only two minutes’ walk to the 14th century Church of the Frari, Campo San Polo and the Tintoretto-filled Scuola Grande Di San Rocco. It is also just a few minutes from a well stocked supermarket and a great choice of restaurants.

The light, spacious and stylish interior of the apartment has a large semi- open plan sitting/dining room,  decorated in warm colours and with two tall windows overlooking the canal. The modern kitchen with small breakfast bar to the rear is well-equipped and, has traditional wooden parquet flooring. Modern amenities include air-conditioning throughout plus Wi-Fi internet connection. There is also a laundry room with washing machine on the ground floor which guests can use.
