Stepping into Apartment Palazzo Grimani, guests are welcomed by a magnificent Central Salon, a grand ballroom featuring original stucco moldings, delicately frescoed ceilings, and impressive gilt mirrors. Six large French windows flood the room with natural light and open onto a long balcony overlooking the charming square and the renowned Gritti Palace Hotel, offering partial views of the Grand Canal.

To the left of the salon lies the formal Dining Room, where an opulent Murano crystal chandelier hangs above a stately dining table that seats up to 14 guests. The intricate stucco detailing, depicting musical instruments, suggests that this space was once the “sala della musica” or music room. Adjoining the dining area, an intimate breakfast nook leads into a well-equipped Kitchen, designed with sage-green cabinetry and modern appliances. A conveniently located guest powder room provides easy access for visitors.

Above the main floor, a mezzanine Sitting Area offers a cozy retreat, ideal for reading or quiet relaxation, while still maintaining a connection to the grandeur of the central salon.
