The interiors of the luxury holiday villa rental are filled with light, and have recently been restored throughout, and furnished to a high standard. The rooms feature a mix of beautiful contemporary and vintage pieces, including original modern art, as well as furniture from the 1950’s and 60’s, with upholstery in authentic and beautiful Venetian fabrics.

An entrance staircase leads up to the large main living space on the third floor, with comfortable seating, and stunning views. The two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are also on this floor. Low rise stairs lead up to the upper floor, where there is a third bedroom, with a Japanese style double bed and a sitting area opening to a small furnished Venetian ‘altana’/terrace. On the ground floor of the building is a beautiful private Spa with sauna.

An entrance staircase leads up to the Main Living Space, with extensive comfortable seating from which to enjoy the stunning views. The Dining Area connects to the Kitchen, state of the art and fully equipped with all possible appliances.

There are Two large double Bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (one with tub, the second with shower) which are well proportioned on either side of the living area.

Low rise stairs lead to the Upper Floor where the Third Bedroom is situated. This is a Japanese-styled double bedroom and bathroom with shower, comfortable sitting area as well as to the Venetian ‘altana’ terrace with its stunning views.

On the Ground Floor of the building – something pretty unique in Venice – a beautiful private Spa with sauna. This is a fabulous apartment, created as a private home and furnished to the highest standards.
