Commissioned by Studio Milani, the original rustic stone structure has been reimagined into three sophisticated design segments. Seamless Corten steel, large panes of glass, and native stone harmoniously unite to create a villa that feels at one with its surroundings.

The villa is set within a beautifully enclosed 8,000 m² garden filled with Mediterranean flora, which gently slopes towards a stunning 7m x 14m heated infinity pool. A custom-built stone Jacuzzi offers breathtaking views across the valley to the city of Volterra. For leisurely afternoons, enjoy the comfortable outdoor lounge, or play ping pong, badminton, or table football.

The open-plan living area is framed by a dramatic panoramic glass wall, allowing for uninterrupted views of the surrounding olive groves and forests. A modern fireplace and generous seating lead smoothly into a stylish dining area.

The sleek kitchen is designed for culinary exploration, featuring a brushed black granite countertop island, double-door fridge and freezer, microwave, multifunction electric oven, large induction hob with extractor, wine cellar, and ice machine. Perfect for preparing locally sourced Tuscan delicacies.
