This beautiful rental villa in Tuscany is situated in the heart of the beautiful Val d’Orcia with wonderful views over the rolling countryside. It is just 15 minutes drive from the walled hilltop towns of Montepulciano and Chianciano Terme. Within five minutes drive there are two restaurants, and within 10 – 30 minutes drive, there are wineries and wine shops, as well as four hot spas and beauty farms.

The accommodation is in a main house on three levels, with the living areas at ground floor level, and the bedrooms on the upper level and the tower, which is accessed by an external staircase. There is also an annex with two further bedrooms. The bedrooms consist of three with double beds, and two with twin beds (which can be made up as doubles on request), and all have en-suite bathrooms. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms. There is also a study/TV room (satellite TV and DVD) with sofa-bed, and one further bathroom. The comfortable living room has an antique stone fireplace, and doors opening to paved terraces and the lawn.

The views from the terraces here are spectacular at sunset, making it the perfect spot to sit and relax with an evening drink. The kitchen is very well equipped, including two ovens, a professional dishwasher and lots of space for keen cooks to prepare food. An adjacent room has a fridge with ice-maker and cold water dispenser, a professional washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing equipment. The large dining room seats up to 16 people, and opens to covered terrace with outdoor dining area (seating 16), with stunning views over the Val d’Orcia. The magnificent heated swimming pool (13 x 4m) sits in a prime position, to take advantage of the countryside views. Furthermore, there is a heated hydromassage mini-pool, facing the magical sunsets over the valley.

Ground Floor

Living room, opening to lawn and stone paved terraces. Door to a study/TV room that can become a comfortable single bedroom if required. En suite shower room/wc that can be useful also as a guest’s cloakroom. Large dining room, with double doors opening to sheltered al fresco dining area (table seating up to 16) beside the vegetable garden. Adjacent fully equipped kitchen (8 ring gas hob, two ovens, double sinks, professional dishwasher ). An adjacent room contains fridge with ice maker and cold-water dispenser, professional washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing equipment.

Upper Floor

Stairs lead from living room to upper level, which can also be reached directly from the parking area. Master bedroom (king), en suite bath with separate walk-in bathroom with shower and tub. Twin bedroom (can become king) and closet. En suite dressing room/closet and bathroom (tub with wall-mounted shower).

Tower

An external stone staircase leads to the tower’s top floor: small terrace, double bedroom (king), ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Annex
