A rustic 4 bedroom family villa near the charming, historic Italian town of Camaiore. The villa rental is situated in a small hamlet at the top of a hill with captivating views out to the nearby towns and the sea beyond, making it the ideal holiday getaway. The town of Camaiore is at the bottom of the hill, where you will find authentic wine shops, delicatessens and ice creameries. The area has beautiful forest walks directly accessible from the villa rental, as well as an amazing waterfall. The villa rental is perfectly situated only a few kilometres from the exclusive resort-lined Versilia coast.

Split over 3 levels, each enjoying the same views, you will find a very well equipped kitchen on the main floor, as well as an adjacent lounge with sofas, TV and desk. The upstairs terrace with outdoor dining table, can be accessed from both areas on this level. One floor down there is a lounge with bar and TV, with a separate laundry room. From here there is access to the main terrace with a shaded outdoor dining table, cushioned sun loungers, pool and BBQ, with beautiful uninterrupted views of Camaiore and beyond,  the  ideal way to relax while on vacation in Italy.
