The nearest town, Sarteano, is 15 minutes away, and here you can find supermarkets, groceries, bakeries, butchers, wine shops and restaurants.

The villa has 360° panoramic views of the Val d’Orcia’s landscape of rolling hills, valleys and the outlines of the quaint villages in the distance. This villa rental offers a variety of al-fresco dining options with a spectacular heated swimming pool. The extended vine covered pergola in front of the property is the perfect spot for long lunches after a morning by the infinity pool. Inside, the country style kitchen is typically Tuscan, and superbly equipped with a large stone counter top, an American fridge, a separate freezer and dishwasher. There is even a vegetable garden with delicious fresh produce from which to create an al fresco lunch.

Throughout the house, there are original features, such as old cotto tiles and wooden beams, and an old stone fireplace in the living room. Colourful fabrics and a clever mix of old and contemporary furnishings create a fabulously warm home. The house sleeps 10 guests in 3 double and two twin bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. There is a dining room that seats 10 guests, opening to another outdoor dining area. The wonderful al fresco dining area under the vine pergola seats 16 guests and is fitted with a built in barbecue. The house is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, WIFI, Satellite TV, VCR, DVD and CD player.
