Ground floor:

On the ground floor you will find four bedrooms and a bright and spacious kitchenette, well-equipped with modern amenities. The kitchen also has direct access to the front terrance, which boasts a table that sits 4 people.

Bedroom 1 & 2: offer a super king size bed each with ensuite with shower.

Bedroom 3: This twin room offers 2 standard single beds and an ensuite with shower.

Bedroom 4: this room offers a standard single bed and an ensuite with shower.

First Floor/Main floor

This open-plan living and dining area boasts stylish furniture and it is flooded with light.

On the first floor there also is a well-equipped kitchen with modern amenities and a guest bathroom.

Second Floor: accessible via a modern floating spiral staircase. On the second floor there are three bedrooms and one single room with a standard single bed. All bedrooms feature an ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom of one of the double bedrooms has a bathtub. All other bathrooms feature a shower.

All of the bedrooms have an ensuite with shower and the master bedroom also features a small seating area and an ensuite with a bath.

Third Floor:

On this floor there is a wellness room boasting panoramic views and has an exercise bike, a guest half-bathroom and a bathroom with shower.

Dépendance: The annexe is separated from the main building and is serves as living quarters for the staff of Villa Porto Santo Stefano.
