In an exceptionally beautiful setting, just a 7 minute drive from the historic hilltop town of Montespertoli, this luxury villa to rent in Tuscany is surrounded by rolling hills, olive groves and vineyards. Situated 45 minutes south-west of Florence, the area is among one of the top producers of wine and olive oil in Tuscany. Perfect for exploring the Chianti area, and San Gimignano can be reached in around 30 minutes.

Access to the luxury vacation villa to rent in Tuscany is via impressive iron electric gates and a grove of 120 olive trees. Entrance to the villa is via an impressive front terrace, into a spacious and light hallway with an original stone staircase leading up to the higher floors. From the living areas at ground floor level, French doors open to terraces and the beautifully maintained garden, where there is a large salt water swimming pool (16 x 5 m), accessed by wide steps.

The beautiful interiors of the luxury holiday villa to rent in Tuscany have been recently renovated throughout, retaining original historic features, and adding modern comforts. The impressive double living room leads to a separate dining room, and a very spacious gourmet kitchen with travertine work tops and central island, as well as a second casual dining area. Each of the five double bedrooms has an en-suite marble bathroom and built in wardrobes. There is also a separate library room, a full laundry, walk in pantry and a cloakroom.

Exclusions:

• Guests will be charged Accidental Damage Cover (ADC) of €199 to protect guests for up to €2,500 in accidental damages at the villa. For damages of a value which is above EUR 2,500 guests will be asked to pay based upon the value of the damage caused.
