Full Description
Situated on the Tuscan coast, the Villa l’Isolotto luxury villa to rent in Tuscany is just a 5 minute walk from the beach, and 10 minutes walk from the seaside resort of Porto Ercole. The history of Porto Ercole dates back over 1000 years, and is listed as one of the hundred most charming villages in Italy. The luxury villa rental in Tuscany sits between two Spanish fortresses built in the sixteenth century and is just a 10 minute walk from the harbour. In the historic town, guests can explore the narrow streets, with restaurants and shops, and boats can be rented in the harbour too. A short walk from the property (5 minutes) will also bring you to two beaches, furnished with sun beds and umbrellas, and with small food vendors selling snacks and drinks.
This residence is the largest portion of this beautiful Tuscan villa. The luxury holiday villa to rent in Tuscany is surrounded by a flower-filled garden, and benefits from wonderful sea views from both its expansive front terrace, and its swimming pool. Entrance to the villa is from the garden or from the terrace into a large living room with two seating areas, which leads to the dining room, and the large fully equipped kitchen. The terracotta floors, Tuscan wooden furniture and natural wood ceiling beams add to the charm of the living area.
The terrace of this vacation villa rental has a covered area with a dining table, sofas and chairs. Three arches open from here to the sea view terrace where guests can enjoy meals under the shade of a large umbrella. Steps lead down from the main ocean view terrace to a lower level, where there are two further bedrooms, both facing the sea. All four bedrooms have the best quality linens and en-suite bathrooms with luxury towels. The swimming pool terrace, with salt water pool (8 x 4m), is furnished with sun beds and chairs, with side tables and sun umbrellas, making this space perfect for relaxing outdoors.
