The Villa La Civetta luxury villa to rent in Tuscany is located on a hillside in the Maremma, and benefits from wonderful views of both the sea (just a 12 minute drive away), and the surrounding countryside. The property is also perfectly located for touring famous local wineries and medieval towns.

The property dates back to the late18th Century and has been completely restored and transformed, retaining original features and furnishing the rooms with antiques, while adding modern amenities. The luxury villa to rent  in Tuscany has two terraces just outside, one in front of the living room, furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture, and the ideal spot for watching the sunset. The other terrace is accessed from the dining room, and furnished for meals al fresco. There is also a wood fired pizza oven.

Surrounded by a beautiful garden with lawns, fruit trees and aromatic herbs, the luxury holiday rental in Tuscany also has a lovely swimming pool, surrounded by a furnished terrace with sun loungers, a large sun umbrella, and a table and chairs. A red clay tennis court is also available for use by guests. Moreover, guests can use the owner’s private beach cabana, and the staff can arrange a picnic, or a barbecue, at the beach. Examples of concierge services which can be arranged include day trips on a yacht to the nearby islands of Tuscan archipelago, or a visit to nearby medieval towns, or Etruscan and Roman sites, private wine tastings, or an appointment at the nearby 5 star Tombolo Thalassotherapy Spa Resort.

First Floor

Large master bedroom (king-size bed) with en-suite bathroom (bath) and a terrace. The villa is serviced by friendly staff (two maids, a cook and a gardener). There is also an English speaking concierge on call, who will arrange a concierge service for guests. One member of the staff will stay overnight in the dedicated apartment which is part of the villa. A breakfast, lunch and dinner service is included 7 days a week. Guests need to allow €1.500 cash/week for groceries, wine etc. This money needs be given cash in Euros.
