This wonderful sea-front villa offers two distinct kitchen on the lower ground, one of them is very stylish and boasts designer appliances and the other, less formal, is tucked away and is cosy and also boasts a spacious pantry. There is a third kitchenette in the Lower Ground apartment, that boasts all the comforts and is finished in the same high-standard as the main living quarters.

Featuring breath-taking views of the Tyrrhenian Sea and expansive grounds, Villa Cacciarella caters to those craving relaxation as well as those keen on fitness, boasting a well-equipped gym. Villa La Cacciarella can compromises of one main building that can be split in two different accommodation areas.  The villa has 3 floors, connected via stairs: the lower ground, the ground floor and the first floor.

Main House

Lower ground floor (107mq): 

The living areas offer a large open-plan kitchen, an elegant sitting area, a dining area, a wet bar a guest bathroom and a separated secondary kitchen with pantry.

Main Kitchen:  The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. It boasts a stylist Officine Gullo cooker, a stylish floating countertop with three stools.

Sitting Area: it boasts a comfortable round half-circle designer sofa, a marble fireplace, smart tv and has direct haccess to the main terrace.

Wet Bar: tucked away and with a very intimate feeling, it has everything needed to make the best cocktails and have private chats.

Dining area: it is adjacent to the sitting room and has a very large dining table and has direct access to the pool deck.

Secondary kitchen + guest bathroom: This area can be separated from the rest of the floor and offers a secondary spacious kitchen with pantry and a half-bathroom with a sink and a wc.

Main terrace (115mq): it is directly accessible from the Main Kitchen and the Living room and overlooks the sea and offers a bbq, a large outdoor dining table and chairs that sits 14 persons and is ideal for summer dinner parties. On the other end of the terrace there is a large wicker L-shaped sofa and coffee table and just tucked around the corner, there is a smaller round table card and a ping pong table.

 Ground floor (133mq)

There are 4 ensuite double bedrooms with a shower each and an ensuite double bedroom with a bath.

Master Bedroom (14.7mq): it boasts a double bed, a large wardrobe and has a large ensuite with shower. It offers a breath-taking view of the sea and has access to the terrace.

Bedroom 2 (12.5mq): it boasts a double bed, a comfortable armchair, a  wardrobe and has a large ensuite with shower. It offers a breath-taking view of the sea.

Bedroom 3 (15.3mq): it boasts a double bed, a comfortable armchair, a  wardrobe and has a large ensuite with shower.

Bedroom 4 (10.3) + 5.4mq): It splits in two areas that can be closed off, while being adjacent to each other and sharing the same ensuite with a bathtub. Upon entrance of Bedroom 4, we have the bunk beds area and immediately after, we find the biggest area that boasts a double bed and storage.

Bedroom 5 (11mq): it boasts a double bed, a comfortable armchair, a  wardrobe and has a large ensuite with shower.

Apartment in the Lower Ground (65 mq)

The lower ground areas below can be used as a separate apartment if you are sharing with a family or for staff but can also be used as part of the main accommodation as it is finished in the same high-standard as the ”main house”.

Kitchenette: there is a fully equipped kitchenette and a round dining table that sits up to 4 guests and two comfortable armchairs.

Bedrooms 6 (10.2mq) & 7 (17.7): they both are accessible via the long corridor and boast a double bed, wardrobe and an ensuite with shower each. They both offer stunning views of the sea.

Outdoor Highlights

Swimming Pool (8.5×3.6mq): the large pool can be heated upon request and depending on weather and is immersed in a lush manicured garden and is lined with sunloungers for your convenience.

Fitness Suite (12mq): The suite is separated from the main building and reachable via stairs. It is entirely dedicated to wellness and fitness and offers the most modern equipment at full disposal of the guests (bench, weights, exercise bike and yoga mats).
