The charming Villa Gracciano luxury villa to rent in Tuscany is situated on a wine estate just 7 kms from the beautiful and historic hilltop town of Montepulciano, in the Val d’Orcia. The area is renowned for its Vino Nobile di Montepulciano. The property’s estate comprises 100 hectares of vines, and has been in the same family since the early 1800’s, until it changed hands 40 years ago to the present owners. A spectacular new winery was built in 2013 and, in 2015, the estate converted to organic farming.

This luxury villa rental in Tuscany has been renovated to create a modern and comfortable holiday home. The ground floor is light and spacious with many doors opening onto the garden of around 2 acres. Within the garden is a swimming pool (11 x 5m), and outdoor shower. The terrace behind the house has a vine-covered pergola with a large stone table, perfect for outdoor dining.

The spacious and newly decorated interiors of this luxury Tuscan vacation rental have been furnished tastefully with traditional rustic furniture and furnishings from Brazil, Mexico and India. The living room with fireplace on the upper floor used to be the farm’s kitchen, and the original outdoor stairs have been retained, so the room can be accessed from inside or outside the house. A welcome arrival basket for guests includes 2 bottles of wine, 3 bottles of mineral water, bread, salami and tomatoes.
