Villa Fonteblanda

Set in a wonderful position very close to the Argentario peninsula, the historic Villa Fonteblanda luxury villa to rent in Tuscany, dating from the 18th century, sits between Talamone Bay and the coast of Giannella. From its position on the Bengodi promontory, guests will enjoy the spectacular sunsets at the Talamone Port, and magnificent views of Monte Argentario, as well as the sea, and islands of Giglio and Montecristo.

The large gardens and terraces at the luxury villa rental include a main terrace where meals can be enjoyed for up to 20 people, and shaded by pine, palm and olive trees. There are also two connected sitting areas under the olive trees, perfect for relaxing during the day, and enjoying an aperitivo at sunset, overlooking the sea at Talamone Bay. In a shaded garden to the left of the villa, guests can also enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner in mid-season. The swimming pool (18.8 x 4m) is approximately 100m from the villa, surrounded by a terrace equipped with 20 sunbeds and 10 large umbrellas providing shade. An exterior lounge area is also available by the bar/pool house, as well as a changing room.

The accommodation is on 3 floors, with ground floor having the main dining room, and a sitting room with two separate sitting areas and a working fireplace (for out of season bookings). A small study, also with fireplace, connects the main sitting room to the dining room, as well as a TV Room. The kitchen is also on this level. The bedrooms are on the first and second floors. All bedrooms and connecting rooms have A/C, heating, interior and exterior blinds, and all rooms and bathrooms have mosquito nets on the windows.

First Floor: Master apartment (with kitchenette with fridge), and a living room overlooking the main terrace, olive and palm trees and the Bay of Talamone, and two bedrooms. The Master bedroom has both a vintage bathtub, a separate shower box and two separate basins, while the other bedroom has a newly renovated shower, ideal also for people with limited accessibility. On the first floor there are also a further 5 bedrooms, 3 with en-suite bathrooms and overlooking the garden. Each of the other 2 bedrooms has a separate private bathroom.

Second Floor: 3 bedrooms, 2 with en-suite bathrooms and 1 with external bathroom. The 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms each has 2 rooms, one with a sofa bed ideal for children or extra guests.

All beds are king sized 180cm x 200cm, and one bedroom, with external private bathroom has the option to have separated single beds.  2 cots/cribs are available

Rates incudes:

• Daily cleaning;

• Linen change every 3 days;

• Cook and table service for lunch and dinner. Food and beverages are not included (details can follow on request)

• Concierge and Property Management catered to your every enquiry during business hours: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Extra hours can be arranged, subject to availability, with prior notice, at a price of 25€ per hour payable directly by the client to the staff member.
