The beautiful grounds feature woodland and a park with ancient trees, olive groves and an orchard, as well as a historic limonaia and a chapel. Also within the grounds is a pool house and a mosaic swimming pool (8 x 13 m) with a salt water system, which can be heated on request.

On the ground floor, the main entrance has a billiard table, and also a gym and wellness area. From the living room of the first floor, there is access to large, south facing terrace overlooking the park, which also has access to the pool terrace, and benefits from views over the garden below.
