The beautiful traditional Villa del Sole luxury villa to rent in Tuscany, recently renovated throughout, offers a wonderful retreat in the Chianti countryside for those looking for complete relaxation. It is situated in a peaceful setting, just a five minute drive from the village of Tavarnelle Val di Pesa, 35 minutes south of Florence. Access is via an impressive driveway lined with cypress trees, and the lovely gardens with oak, olive and lemon trees, colourful flowers and plants in attractive terracotta pots.

Within the gardens, there is also a large swimming pool (16m long x 7.50m, depth 50cm – 2.40m) in a beautiful position overlooking the Tuscan countryside. Access to the pool area, and heated jacuzzi, is via stone steps through the landscaped garden. The surrounding terrace is furnished with sun loungers, and there is also a dining area and barbecue.  On the lower level of the villa there is also a Spa, with gym, Turkish bath, sauna and jacuzzi.

Access to this luxury villa rental is via a covered veranda with glass doors, old stone floors, a fireplace and comfortable sofas, where guests can relax with a glass of local wine. On the same level, there is a billiard room with corner bar, leading to the main kitchen and dining room, with fireplace, and a TV room. The spacious living area is on the first floor and features wood beamed ceilings, a fireplace, and large, comfortable sofas. Also on the first floor are four bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms in Travertine marble. All the bedrooms benefit from beautiful countryside views. There is also a separate dependence, with a kitchen with dining area, two bedrooms and a shared bathroom with shower. The villa has Wi-Fi throughout, and there is parking at the property. Heating and air conditioning, as well as pool heating are available at extra cost.
