Villa Collalto

13 bedrooms + 1 dependance with 3 bedrooms  – up to 32 guests. Villa Collalto spreads over three buildings and all the ensuite bedrooms offer a TV and are fully airconditioned.

There is a professional kitchen only accessible by staff and A family room equipped with a fridge, Nespresso and microwave at the guests’ disposal.

Villa – Main Building

First Floor

The Main building of Villa Collalto is accessible via a flight of stairs that opens on to a large entrance hallway. On the right side of the hallway there is the large Media and TV room. The corridor directly connected to the entrance hallway takes us to some of the bedrooms and on the left side of the corridor there is the chapel.

Bedrooms in the Main Building:

1 suite is located on the ground floor, 6 bedrooms are located on the first floor, 6 bedrooms at the second floor and accessible via stairs.

Bedroom 209 (3,90 m x 4,40 m): This bedroom is located near the main entrance of the Villa and offers a double bed (170x200cm) and an ensuite with shower.

Bedroom 210/Master Suite 1: This spacious suite is located near the terrace and features a living room area (3,50 m x 4,70m) and a bedroom (4,40 m x 3,80 m) and offers a double bed (170x200cm) and an ensuite with a bath tub and a shower.

Bedroom 211: (3,70 m X 4,00 m): This bedroom offers a double bed (180x200cm) that can be converted into twins and offers an ensuite with shower.

Bedroom 212/Master Suite 2: This spacious suite is located near the terrace and features a living room area (4m x 4,20m) and a bedroom (2,80m x 3,60m) and offers a double bed (170x200cm) and an ensuite with a shower.

Bedroom 214: (5,60m x 3,50m): This bedroom offers stunning views of the the borgo of Collalto and offers a double bed (170x200cm) and an ensuite with shower. There are a few steps within this bedroom.

Bedroom 215: (3,60 m x 4,00m): This bedroom offers a double elegant baldaquin bed (170x200cm) and an ensuite with shower.

Quarter  Independent flat near the large living room

Bedroom 216/Master Suite 3: This flat compromises of three areas: a living area (6,50m x 3,40m) with a double sofa bed, a studio (3,30 m x 3,30 m) and a bedroom (3,15 m x 3,20 m) that offers a double bed (170cm x 197cm) and an ensuite with a double shower.

Second Floor

Bedroom 218 (4,10 m x 5,60m): This large bedroom offers 2 large single beds (115x200cm each) that cannot be joined and an ensuite with a bath tub and a shower.

Bedroom 219 (4,30 m x 4,60m): This large bedroom features a  double bed (175 x 200 cm) and two windows to both sides of the room and an ensuite with shower.

Bedroom 220: (3,90 m x 3,90 m): This bedroom offers a double bed (170 x 197 cm) and offers an ensuite with a freestanding tub.

Bedroom 221: (3,80 m x 4,40m): This bedroom offers a double bed (170 x 200 cm) and offers an ensuite with a shower.

Bedroom 222: (3,60 m x 4,70 m): This bedroom offers two single beds that can be converted into a double bed (175 x 200cm) and offers an ensuite with shower. This room is perfect for children.

Bedroom 223: (3,80 m x 4,50m:): This bedroom offers a double bed (170 x 200 cm) and offers an ensuite with a shower.

Ground Floor/Basement: The ground floor/basement is accessible via stairs and boasts a large entertainment room with a pool table. Adjacent to the Billiard room, in the left wing of the ground floor, there is another secluded room boasting a large traditional antique Tuscan millstone.

On the right wing of the basement area, we respectively find: the large professional kitchen accessible by the staff and equipped with the highest quality amenities and three stylish dining rooms, perfect for amazing dinner parties.

Dependance:

1 bedroom are located on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms at the first floor accessible via stairs.

Bedroom 201 (5,30 m x 6m): This bedroom offers a double bed (170 x 200 cm) and offers an ensuite with a bath and a shower. This spacious room has also a private balcony that faces the main courtyard.

Bedroom 202: (5,50m x 6m): This bedroom offers a double bed (180x200cm) that can be converted into twins and offers an ensuite with bath and shower.

Bedroom 204/Master Suite: This suite is located on the ground floor of the dependence and  boasts a living room (3m x 5,50m) and a bedroom that offers a double bed (180x200cm) that can be converted into twins. This suite has an elegant ensuite with a whirlpool tub & hand shower.
