Located in the COMO Castello del Nero Resort, Villa Castello del Nero is the perfect compromise between relaxation and exciting, as restaurants and shops are just a short drive from this incredible property.

Villa Castello del Nero spreads over three buildings, one is the main building, an annexe, which is perfect for a family of 4 people and a separate annexe where the Wellness area is located. All the bedrooms of this villa have ensuite to ensure maximum privacy of the guests.

Main Building:

Ground Floor: There is a large entrance hall that conveniently connects the kitchen and living areas to the first floors via stairs. 

Living areas: On the right side of the entrance all, there is the large living room which is divided in two areas, one with large sumptous sofas and two armchairs, the other one with smaller sofas for more intimate chats. The dining room semlessy connects the kitchen and has a large table with chairs that seats 12 people. It’s also possible to access directly to the dining room from the entrance.

Kitchen: well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, separated but well connected to the living areas.

Bathroom: Back in the entrance hall, just on the left there is a half bathroom.

First Floor: 3 of the ensuite bedrooms of this villa are located on the first floor of the main building and are accessible via stairs.

Master Bedroom: The right side of the first floor is entirely dedicate to the master suites. Boasting a canopy double bed, an elegant living area with a sofa and an armchair and a large ensuite with a freestanding bathtub  and separate shower stall. There is also a walk-in closet with a desk.

Bedroom 2: This bedroom boasts a double bed and an armchair and has an ensuite bathroom with with a bath and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom 3: This bedroom boasts a double bed and an armchair and has an ensuite bathroom with double sink and a  walk-in shower.

Studio: There is a studio which separates the master bedroom from the other two on the first floor.

Second Floor: There is a small lounge located on the second floor and has a half bathroom. 

Annexe 1/ The Depandance: 

Ground Floor: upon entrance there is a bright open-plan living area that compromises of a well-equipped modern kitchen that can be easily hidden behind the curtain and generous size living room with a 4 seats sofa and two armchair and finally, a round dining table that seats 6 people. 

Media Room: upon entrance, this room stands on the right side and is used as a cinema room. It can also be converted into a bedroom as it offers two twin beds and two armchairs. This room is ideal for children and  also has an ensuite bathroom with shower.

Bedroom 5: This well-sized bedroom is located on the first floor of the Depandance and is accessible via stairs directly from the living areas below. This bedroom offers a double bed, desk and has its own ensuite with shower.

Annexe 2 (Wellness Area):
There is a separate building entirely dedicated to the wellness area for those who want to keep fit on holiday.

Fitness Room: Boasting a bench with weights and dumbells, an exercise bike and a treadmill. Half of this large room is dedicated to the Yoga studios and also has a Steam Bath Room.

Sauna Room: accessible directly from the fitness room

Bathroom: there is a half bathroom and a separate shower guests can use after exercising.
