It is one of two unique villas on a protected nature reserve of 1,200 acres, which has belonged to the same family for generations. Within the estate, there are tennis courts, a riding centre, lakes on which you can sail in laser dinghies, and access to a nine-hole golf course.

The property was totally refurbished in 2009, and comprises two adjoining houses, connected by an open gallery on the ground floor, and an open terrace on the top floor. There is also an annex, detached from the house, which is an interesting conversion of a silo previously used for wheat storage. There are 9 very spacious bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, most of which have shower and bathtub, and double basins. There is air conditioning and heating throughout, large living and dining areas, a billiard and TV room with satellite TV and a home theatre facility, as well as Wi-Fi access.

Outside, within the large grounds, there is a magnificent swimming pool and pool house. The old corn silo, transformed into a health spa, houses a gym, Turkish baths and an independent massage room.
