Situated in the Maremma, the cradle of Tyrrhenian civilization, the Villa Castel di Pietra 1 luxury villa to rent in Tuscany on a protected nature reserve of 1,200 acres, which has belonged to the Marchi family for generations. Within the estate, there are tennis courts, a riding centre, lakes on which you can sail in Laser dinghies, and access to a nine-hole golf course.

Beautifully decorated and furnished throughout, the accommodation comprises a main living room with fireplace, a TV room with satellite TV and DVD, a studio with computer and fax, a dining room with fireplace and a large kitchen. There are 7 bedrooms (6 in the main house, and one in a dependence by the swimming pool) and 6 bathrooms. From the living room, a rose-filled terrace leads to a pool house with an open living room and a hamman. On the first floor there is a billiard room, opening to a shaded terrace.

Within the large garden is a swimming pool, surrounded by a terrace, furnished with sun loungers. There are two outdoor dining areas, one outside the main house, and another by the swimming pool. Further amenities include air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi access, and a barbecue.
