From the this Tuscan holiday rental and its large grounds there are wonderful views over the surrounding countryside. On a lower level of the grounds, there is a swimming pool (20 x 4m x 1.5m deep) with jet stream and optional heating. A wooden pergola near the swimming pool provides shade here. As the pool is on a lower level from the villa rental, young children must be supervised.
The rooms on the ground floor of this luxury villa rental in Tuscany open to terraces, including two stone-paved dining patios, one with a large round teak table, seating 16 people. The main living and dining areas feature high ceilings which, together with the large floor to ceiling windows, give a great sense of space. The stunning kitchen is very well equipped. There are six very spacious bedrooms in total, spread over the three floors (ground, lower ground and first floor), all with en-suite bathrooms.
The house is sustainable with photovoltaic and solar panels. We can also arrange memberships for guests at La Macchia, a nearby beach club with restaurant.
