This newly-built luxury villa, located in the surroundings of Capalbio, consists of two buildings: the main house and the dependance, which is ideal for a group of teenagers or a small family. With seven bedrooms, five shared bathrooms, a home cinema, and an expansive swimming pool, Villa Borgo Carige is perfect for either a multigenerational family or a large group of friends.

Filled with plenty of natural sunlight, the creamy whites and natural materials enhance the stunning indoor spaces of Villa Borgo Carige, which has been meticulously decorated.

Villa Borgo Carige is nestled in a private rural setting, just a few minutes’ walk from Borgo Carige village, which features some small shops and a few Osterias – traditional eateries. It’s only a 10-minute drive from the coast, where you can find some of the best beaches in Tuscany, such as Duna Feniglia. Additionally, it’s less than an hour’s drive from the breath-taking Terme di Saturnia thermal baths.

The villa spreads over 2 buildings: Main House and Dependance House. One of the double beds of the bedrooms on the ground floor and in the dependance can be split into twins.

Main House

The main house spreads over three floors: the basement, the ground floor and the first floor and is connected via stairs.

Ground Floor

Living Room: the ample living room boasts large sumptuous sofa and coffee tables and has direct access to the dining room.

Dining Room: the stunning living room boasts a large dining table that comfortably sits 8 persons. This spacious room is in the middle of the house and connects the living areas with the bedrooms and bathrooms of the ground floor.

Kitchen: the separated kitchen is located on the left of the dining room and boasts modern amenities and all the necessary utensil to prepare delicious meals.

Master Bedroom (13mq):  It is located at the end of the corridor, on the left and offers a double bed (180×200) and an ensuite (Bathroom 1) with a double sink, one bathtub and one shower.

Bedroom 2 (10mq): It boasts a double bed (160×200) and is adjacent to the dining room, on the right side.

Bedroom 3 (13mq): It is the first bedroom in the corridor, on the right side and it offers a double bed (180×200).

Bathroom 2: shared between Bedroom 2 and 3 with one sink and one shower.

First floor: 

The TV Lounge is located on the first floor and is accessible via stairs.

Basement:

Bedroom 4 (13mq): Double bedroom with a double bed (180×200) and convertible into twins.

Bathroom 3: it is separated from Bedroom 4 and offers a shower

Cinema Room: it is located on the opposite side and boasts plenty of seats and one of the best features of this incredible villa.

Laundry room: The fully equipped laundry room is at the guest disposal and located next to Bathroom 3

 Dependance House:

The Dependance House boasts a spacious living room (40mq, three bedroom (one is ensuite) and one bathroom shared between Bedroom 5 and 7.

Bedroom 5 (16mq): It is located at the end of the corridor and offers a double bed (180×200).

Bedroom 6 (13mq): It is located at the end of the corridor and offers a double bed (180×200) and an ensuite (Bathroom 4) with one sink and one shower.

Bedroom 7 (13mq): It offers two bunk beds (90 x 200) and is ideal for two small children.

Bathroom 4: it is opposite Bedroom 7 and shared between Bedroom 5 and Bedroom 7 and offers a sink and a shower.

Outdoor highlights:

This luxury retreat has large well manicured gardens (4000mq) and a swimming poor area.

Outdoor eating: There are an outdoor dining table under the loggia,  and a wicker outdoor sofa facing the wonderful lush mountains.

Seawater swimming pool: This large swimming pool (length: 9.15mt x 4mt and depth: from 1.40 mt to 2 mt) is surrounded by wicker comfortable sun loungers and is ideal for those who want to go for a swim and also those who want to relax and children.

Private parking: There are a six covered parking lots at the disposal of guests
