Situated in the Maremma National Park, the luxury villa rental a historic tower, situated in a quiet location on the coast in Tuscany, with wonderful sea views. The tower dates back the 15th century and has been recently restored throughout. Surrounded by a large garden, the luxury villa to rent in Tuscany also has access to a pebble beach, and the sea via a short path which leads down from the garden. Just a 12 minute drive away is the closest town, Talamone, with cafés as well as practical shops, including a grocery shop, bakery and pharmacy.
This holiday villa to rent in Tuscany has three levels. On the ground floor there is a living room with fireplace and a balcony benefitting from the sea views. Also on the ground floor are also three double bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom, another single bedroom with bathroom, as well as another separate bathroom with bathtub.
There is a second living room on the first floor, which opens to the terrace and views, and on the third floor, is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and an additional single bed. There is also a kitchen, and a separate bathroom. The many facilities at the villa rental include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a DVD player and a CD player, as well as an automatic outside lighting, and automatic gate. The luxury villa rental on the Tuscan coast also has a barbecue, and there is parking for up to 10 cars.
