The ground floor is home to an inviting wellness area, featuring a four-person sauna with a large window overlooking the rolling Tuscan hills and direct access to the outdoors. Guests can cool off in the travertine shower or unwind in the hydro-massage tub, particularly appealing during the cooler months. This level also features a spacious open-plan living area, a sleek modern kitchen with a generous breakfast bar, a sitting room with a round dining table for ten, and two comfortable lounge areas. One centres around a traditional travertine fireplace, while the other provides the perfect spot for relaxing in front of the TV.

Outside, the beautifully landscaped garden is designed for enjoying the Tuscan sunshine and spectacular views. A 14-metre infinity pool takes centre stage, complemented by two large gazebos, an outdoor dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, and a relaxed lounge surrounding a fire pit. Guests can also enjoy an 18-metre bocce court or unwind in the jacuzzi while taking in breathtaking sunset views over the hills.
