The 17th century red brick luxury villa rental measures more than 300 square metres. Blending contemporary style and design with the characteristic features of stone, travertine, parquet and corten. Completely renovated in 2021 to offer guests a variety of different spaces for relaxation while on vacation.

The luxury Tuscan villa rental has a wellness area on the ground floor of the villa, including a 4-person sauna with a big window framing the view over the hills of Tuscany, also accessible from outdoors, refresh in the travertine shower or enjoy the hydro massage tub in the cooler seasons. This level has a large open-space living area, a modern kitchen with a spacious snack area, a sitting room with a round dining table for ten as well as  two lounge areas, one in which to enjoy the traditional travertine fireplace and another for watching TV. The garden boasts a 14- metre infinity pool with two large gazebos, a dining area with an outdoor kitchen, a lounge area around a fire pit and a 18 metres bocce court. Alternatively relax in the jacuzzi facing the sunset.
