The estate sits on a hillside just 900m from the medieval town of Panzano, with each villa having its own path leading to Panzano. When rented together, it is an ideal property for a holiday or special event for an extended family or large group of friends, of up to 36 – 40 guests.

The architect designed luxury property to rent in Tuscany is the result of four years of renovation, using original materials and furnishings from all around Italy, as well as respecting the environment (hot water, electricity and heating all use geothermal and solar energy).  All the bedrooms are double bedrooms, some of which can be made up as twin beds.

The luxury vacation villas to rent in Tuscany all have terraces, and are surrounded by a large Mediterranean garden with olive trees and other plants. Each is private from the other, with high hedges dividing their outdoor spaces.  The largest infinity swimming pool (15 x 6 m) is close to Villa 3, while a smaller pool (8 x 8m), which can be heated on request (at extra cost), is in a secluded area of the garden closer to Villa 1. Villa 2 has an indoor pool, as well as relaxing outdoor jacuzzi for four people. Many medieval hamlets are within a short drive, including Monteriggioni, San Gimignano, as well as Castellina, Radda and Greve in Chianti. Florence is approximately 33 kms and Siena just 30 kms.

Villa 1 – Up to 14 Guests

Spread over four levels plus a turret, this luxury villa to rent in Tuscany is decorated and furnished in a blend of classic and modern styles. It offers seven en-suite double bedrooms, a spacious living room, two sitting rooms, a dining room, and a well-equipped kitchen. The master bedroom features a large jacuzzi bath in addition to its en-suite bathroom. The villa also boasts a private furnished patio with an outdoor dining area. The lower floor includes a panoramic indoor heated pool (up to 30°C) with relaxing lighting, a small bar, and a sitting room. Outside, the garden features an 8 x 8 m swimming pool, heated on request.

Set over two levels, this villa is decorated in a modern style. It features four en-suite double bedrooms, a spacious living room, a sitting room, a dining room, and a well-equipped kitchen. The living and dining areas, along with the kitchen, are on the lower level, which also includes an indoor heated swimming pool (up to 30°C), a small bar, and stunning views.

Additional spaces include a spacious living room, two sitting rooms, a large dining room, and a well-equipped kitchen.
