The stunning Monsumanno Terme luxury villa to rent in Tuscany, dating back to the 18th Century, is a characteristic old farmhouse, surrounded by over 18 acres of woods and olive groves. The impressive Tuscan holiday home is located in the unspoilt area Valdinevole, less than 10 minutes from the Montecatini Terme exit on the A11 highway. The nearest village is Monsummano Terme, 3 kms from the property.
The garden is 3000m2, and partly shaded by olive trees and gazebos, with areas for relaxing outdoors. There is also an outdoor dining area with barbecue. The pool (6x12m and depth 1.35m) is situated on a natural terrace a few metres below the villa level, with views of the valley below. It is an overflow pool and is equipped with hydromassage. The swimming pool also has an automatic system for maintaining the PH and of the chlorine in the water. There is a sunbathing area with umbrellas, chairs, tables and divans. Further down to the right of the pool there is a further area for relaxing with a gazebo and chairs. There is also a small children’s corner. Under the pool deck there is a changing room, a shower and a bathroom.
The luxury villa to rent’s accommodation (500m2) comprises a living area on the ground floor, including a living room with antique fireplace. There is a dining room, seating 8 and a fully equipped kitchen, complete with original fireplace and pizza oven. A further living room/dining room seats 16, and there is also a TV room and a billiard room. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, one triple bedroom and one single bedroom. A further twin bedroom is in a loft area reached by a staircase above the dining room. Amenities within this charming Tuscan holiday rental include air conditioning winter heating, LCD satellite TV with English and American programmes, DVD, hairdryers in the bathrooms and WI-FI Internet access. Baby cots and high chairs can be provided on request.
N.B. This villa can be rented together with another villa close by, also featured on our website, Valdinevole, for larger groups of up to 23- 29 guests. The owners can also arrange catering for weddings and other special events.
