The property features private stables, with horses available for exploring the Maremma on horseback — a traditional and memorable experience. Nearby, the walled hamlet of Magliano in Toscana, which dates back to Etruscan times, boasts a charming historical centre filled with buildings of architectural and cultural significance, as well as restaurants serving local delicacies. The region is celebrated for its fish soups, game and wild boar dishes, as well as its cold-pressed olive oil, wines, cheeses, and truffles.

This unique estate has been transformed from the ruins of an ancient monastery into a luxurious 8,000m² residence, built using locally sourced and eco-friendly materials. The interiors are exceptionally spacious, blending authenticity with contemporary style. Everything is finished to the highest standard, including installations and murals by acclaimed artists – one of whom also exhibits at the Colosseum in Rome.

The main sitting room boasts majestic high ceilings, while the professional kitchen features a traditional wood-fired oven. Guests can help themselves to fresh vegetables from the organic garden, and citrus fruits from the lemon grove and orangery. The formal dining room seats up to 40 guests, and the estate’s wine cellar is stocked with high-quality, home-produced wines and award-winning, cold-pressed organic olive oils. The bedrooms are all fully air-conditioned (except The Granary) and offer extra-comfortable beds that are king-size or larger.

The saltwater infinity pool, 30 metres in length, offers sweeping views of the nearby islands. The poolside area is fully furnished, and a nearby spa includes a jacuzzi, steam room, massage area, and a sitting room. There’s also a dedicated yoga area with various wellness facilities.
