A private road leads to up to this luxury villa to rent in Tuscany. On entering the main villa, there is a small dining room on the right hand side, from which you can access two of the bedrooms. On the left of the entrance corridor there is a fully equipped kitchen and a further double bedroom. From the corridor steps lead to the first floor of the villa where there is a spacious and light-filled living room. At one end is a sitting area with sofas, armchairs, 32″ LCD Sky TV, DVD player and fireplace, and at the other a dining table and chairs, as well as a small kitchenette. This lovely room opens to a terrace furnished with table and chairs for dining al fresco and sun loungers, an absolutely spectacular spot for relaxing whilst enjoying the magnificent sea views stretching as far as the islands of Giglio and Montecristo on the horizon. In another wing of the villa reached via a little staircase from the small ground floor dining area, is the ancient watchtower where there is a bedroom with fireplace and, on the level above, reached by wooden stairs a small shower room and dressing area. From here there is access to a little terrace at the top of the tower. Further amenities in the luxury villa rental include air conditioning in all bedrooms except the tower bedroom, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, Wi-Fi internet and washing machine/dryer, and a barbecue.
Close to the main luxury villa to rent in Tuscany is a lovely annex, available for groups up to 12 people, which is fully air conditioned and has a sitting room and two further double bedrooms. There is plenty of space for relaxing outdoors, with the panoramic terrace from where steps lead to a further terrace below where there is a swimming pool (6m x 4m) surrounded by wooden sun deck. There is also a walkway leading down the rocky beach, shared with another villa and by the sea, there is a further sun deck to take advantage of the sea views. The renowned national park of the Maremma is close by and can be explored on foot, horseback and bike. The town of Fonteblanda is just over 1 km away and has a variety of shops, and facilities. There are also many interesting towns to explore within easy driving distance, as well pretty beaches along the coast. Because of the terraces and steps leading down to the sea, it is not a very suitable property for young children.
