The luxury holiday rental is situated on a family run estate, ten kilometres south of Lucca, with magnificent views over hill terraced olive groves. It is the largest and grandest of six villas available to rent on this huge estate, offering the highest levels of luxury, comfort and services as individual rentals for holidays for families or groups of friends. Alternatively, if rented together, they can provide suitable accommodation for conferences, as well as weddings and other special celebrations.

The villa rental’s 12 individually styled double bedrooms all have individually controlled air conditioning/heating, a central music system and telephone. There are several lounges including a domed music room, a sun lounge with library, and a formal living room with satellite TV/DVD, which has doors leading out to the ornamental pond and fountains. There is Banquet hall, card and billiard room, and wine tasting room with a private selection of Tuscan wines, as well as a fully equipped Tuscan kitchen. There is also a fitness room, equipped with cardiovascular and weight equipment. Further amenities within this luxury villa to rent in Tuscany include a centralized music system, computer facilities, wireless internet access and a surveillance system.

Within the Italian gardens (2000m2) with gazebo, there is a large swimming pool (16 x 8m) which is floodlit at night. Meals can be taken al fresco in a genuine Italian piazza, or beside age-old fountains and ornamental ponds. This luxury vacation rental has two additional one bedroom apartments which can provide accommodation for a further four people, on request. Every villa on the estate will have access to the shared tennis/football/volley fields as well as balls and rackets. Because the sports’fields are shared, they will need to be reserved to ensure they are available. Borgo Bernardini is a 2 minute drive from these facilities.
