Ground floor: Living/dining room with fireplace and doors that open on to a large terrace. A kitchen with breakfast bar and a guest cloakroom.
Lower ground level: This is at pool level and includes a home theatre, Wine room, equipped fitness room and hammam with shower, as well as a laundry room.

Bedrooms:
First floor: The master bedroom with walk-in closet, bathroom and private terrace, with sea views as well as independent access to the garden and parking area.
Ground floor: Three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and doors leading to the terrace.
