Designed by renowned Italian architect Ferdinando Fagnola, the villa showcases modern design harmoniously integrated into the surrounding Mediterranean landscape. From its beautifully maintained one-hectare garden, guests can step straight onto the beach and into the crystal-clear waters of Sardinia.

This one-level luxury villa is exceptionally family-friendly and spans approximately 840m². The main building features a spacious living area of about 200m², opening onto a large veranda equipped with an outdoor dining area. A fully equipped kitchen and a scenic covered terrace offer magnificent views of the sea and patio – ideal for relaxing or entertaining.

The right wing of the villa hosts four luxurious double bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom and sea views. The left wing offers three additional double bedrooms, also with private bathrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.

Villa Portisco Beach is supported by dedicated staff, including one governess and two gardeners, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay.
