Outdoors: Just above the swimming pool, a large, covered terrace perfectly furnished with outdoor sofas and chairs, the ideal place to spend sunny days, which is well-ventilated and shaded. The magnificent swimming pool is surrounded by a large garden from which there are breath taking view. The vegetable garden provides fresh vegetables, best used to prepare local dishes to enjoy alfresco under the covered area, found in the highest part of the property, fitted with large windows and a breath-taking sea view that is sheltered from the wind. The small outdoor gym allows guests to stay in shape while on vacation. A large car park for 4/5 cars is available on the premises.

Located near Liscia Rene Beach, with its varied seabed well known by snorkelers and the best place to enjoy sunset. Liscia René takes its name from René Podbielsky, one of the founders of the Costa Smeralda. The area is made of four little beaches used mainly by the owners of the surrounding villas, the sand is coarse and there are points with easy access for bathing. Our experience team can assist with recommendations and reservations for the area.
