Indoors: The Puntaldia Estate luxury villa rental consists of a main building where the master bedroom with its own bathroom is found, as well as three double en-suite bedrooms. Next to the pool, in the first guest house, are two more double bedrooms with private bathrooms. Located in the park is the second guest house which has another double bedroom with the possibility to add 2 more beds, as well as a bathroom and kitchenette.

Bedrooms: The luxury villa rental has two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, two twin bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. On the lower floor of the main villa: there are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. In a suite on the grounds adjacent to the villa, another double bedroom and en-suite bathroom, below the main villa.

Outdoors: The botanical garden and outdoor space of the Puntaldia Estate luxury villa rental has a tennis court, helipad, private parking, 3 jacuzzi and 3 swimming pools (one for children, one with seawater with upstream swimming and one in the gym). There are two outdoor terraces in the park for outdoor dining. In the covered grill and barbecue area there is a bar, pizza oven, and outdoor kitchen, boasting great sea views. Follow the walkway that leads to the villa’s private beach, fully equipped with sun loungers and parasols.
