All the ensuite bathrooms of this luxury villa are also equipped with chromotherapy light systems to enhance relaxation and air conditioning and a Smart TV in each bedroom.
Ground floor:
On the ground floor there are the living areas and on the left wing of the villa there are 5 ensuite double bedrooms. All of the rooms, including the bedrooms on this level, have direct access to the garden through large glass windows with sliding doors.
Open plan Living and Dining Room: this spacious area has compromises a large open space kitchen, dining and living room. This very bright room boasts large glass sliding doors that give direct access to the swimming pool area and gardens.
Kitchen: is tucked away and well equipped with the most modern amenities and also features a large countertop and two stools and a generous wine cooler.
Dining area: The dining area compromises of a large glass rectangular table with comfortable upholstered chairs.
Sitting room: The sitting area consists of a large corner sofa placed in front of the fireplace and a designer armchair placed in front of the tv. A long corridor leads to the bedrooms.
Master Bedroom/Trullo: this spacious bedroom is situated on the very end of the long corridor and features traditional stone walls and arches and offers a double bed (180cm), a desk and has an adjoining ensuite that boasts a rustic country style double sink. The sleek walk-in shower and WC area are tucked away from the view.
Bedroom 2/Arco: this large bedroom features traditional stone walls and offers a double bed (180cm), a desk, a large built in wardrobe and a comfortable sofa that sits two. It has an ensuite with towel warmer and walk-in shower.
Bedroom 3: this bedroom features a double bed (160cm) with ensuite with walk-in shower.
Bedroom 4: this bedroom features a double bed (160cm), and a desk. It also has an ensuite with shower.
Bedroom 5: it has separate entrance from the courtyard. It boasts minimal décor and a double canopy bed (180cm) an ensuite with walk-in shower and has direct access to the pool deck.
First floor:
One of the bedrooms is located on the first floor and has direct access to the jacuzzi area and tanning ledge.
Bedroom 5/ Stella: this double bedroom features a floating double bed (200cm) in the middle of the room, spacious wardrobes and a double shower with glass dividers. The ensuite WC and sink area is tucked away from the view. It offers stunning views of the garden and pool.
Fitness Suite: the wellness area is bright and has a dedicated space and features various equipment and a massage bed.
The fitness suite is also adjacent to a veranda, which boasts a foosball table and a ping pong table.
Outdoors highlights: The villa has large grounds and well-manicured gardens with plenty of seating areas and an outdoor kitchen.
Outdoor Dining Area: It boasts a large outdoor kitchen with all the amenities, including a BBQ and a pizza oven. It overlooks the dining area that offers a long rectangular dining table with plenty of seating. Adjacent to the dining table there is an ample outdoors seating area.
