The Villa Murgia luxury villa to rent in Puglia is in a wonderful location, just 3 minutes’ drive from the beautiful hilltop town of Ostuni, famous for its white buildings and historic winding streets, as well as its many monuments and churches. It is a wonderful place to wander around, day or evening, and relax in a piazza to enjoy some tempting Puglian food and wine.
The villa is surrounded by well maintained gardens with flower beds lawns, a vegetable garden and fruit trees. There is plenty of outdoor space to relax and a lovely swimming pool (12m x 6m, with a depth of 1.5m up to 3.0m). The pool terrace is furnished with sun loungers and, adjacent to the pool area, there is a shower. There is a covered dining terrace near the outdoor kitchen, where there is also a barbecue.
The interiors feature typical Puglian architecture with stone vaulted ceilings. There is a modern well equipped kitchen and, next to the kitchen, is a living and dining area with vaulted ceilings. Amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, ironing facilities, a hairdryer and an alarm system.
