Situated within easy reach of the beautiful historic white towns of Cisternino, Locorotondo, this luxury villa to rent in Puglia is also within an easy drive of Martina Franca and the famous hilltop town of Ostuni. Set within 6 hectares of land, the luxury villa rental in Puglia sits 400 metres away from the other beautiful villa on the estate, Trulli Montanaro. Each property is private, and can be rented separately or, for a large group of friends or family, they can be rented together, accommodating up to 25 people in total.

Each villa has its own with garden, sun terrace, a large outdoor living area, a swimming pool (75m2), surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers, a gazebo and barbecue. The swimming pool (depth 1.40m) has a saltwater system, and is heated May-September. The outdoor living area is furnished with a large sofa and dining table. There is also a circular dining table seating up to 14 people, a wood burning oven and a barbecue.

Inside the luxury villa rental in Puglia (220m2) there is air conditioning, and also heating during the winter months. The spacious living room has a relaxing sofa area and Smart TV.
